Like so many women, we learned to conceal our true selves. We worked twice as hard, gave more than we had, and still felt misunderstood. For years, we carried invisible pain — trying to keep up with a world that wasn’t built for our minds.
But behind the scenes, we weren't just surviving — we were leading schools, shaping learning systems, coaching educators, raising neurodivergent kids, building programs, and championing brilliance in others while quietly questioning ourselves. We had the expertise, the credentials, the results… and still felt like we were “too much” and “not enough” at the same time.
Then came the breakthrough: our difference was never the problem — it was the gift. Our creativity, sensitivity, and deep empathy were the very qualities that made us powerful. When we stopped hiding and started leading from our truth, we discovered the life we were meant to live.
Now, with lived experience and hard-won clarity, we’re dedicated to helping other neurodivergent women do the same — not by forcing themselves into someone else’s mold, but by building a life and a business that honors who they are at the core.

Kat King is a retired science teacher, specialist, administrator, permaculture designer, and transformational educator with over 30 years of experience helping others connect learning, nature, and purpose. As Co-Founder of Curiosity Cubed, she bridges the worlds of neuroscience and nature—guiding neurodivergent women to design lives that honor their rhythms, values, and brilliance. Kat’s passion lies in helping others turn curiosity into confidence and creativity into a source of income.
Melissa Ann Hernandez
The Empowerment Coach & Mindset Alchemist
Melissa Ann Hernandez is a certified life and business coach who helps neurodivergent women unmask their true potential and create success that feels authentic and sustainable. With deep roots in mindset transformation and executive function coaching, Melissa empowers women to embrace their sensitivity, intuition, and creative spark as strategic advantages. Melissa's expertise as a life coach helps women build businesses that align with who they are—not who they were told to be.
For years, Kat and Melissa both felt like they were living life slightly “off rhythm” from everyone else. They were high-achieving, creative, and deeply empathetic—but constantly exhausted from trying to fit into systems that didn’t fit them. Separately, each began diving into brain research—studying executive function, divergent thinking, and sensory processing—and realized that what they were learning perfectly described their own neurodivergent minds. What once felt like flaws were actually signs of brilliance. Their curiosity became self-discovery, and that discovery became empowerment.
Through their own healing and research journeys, they learned how to work with their brains instead of against them—redefining productivity, creativity, and success on their own terms. Then, through a series of collaborations on educational and coaching projects, they discovered how naturally their strengths complemented one another. That alignment became the foundation for Curiosity Cubed LLC, where they now help other neurodivergent women unmask, unlock, and unleash their true potential.
Together, Kat and Melissa developed the 3-Day Passion to Profit Event to help other neurodivergent women experience the same breakthrough they did—to see their unique wiring not as a limitation, but as a superpower.
